23/44 PUBLIC FORUM,
A member of the public made a complaint that a weight limit request had been brought up in the June meeting and not minuted, the chair apologised that was an oversight, but noted the request for a weight limit on Bell Lane was dealt with in that meeting .
Two more members of the public asked again about a weight/speed limit for Bell Lane and again Cllr Brooks confirmed Lcc policy was not to install any new weight/speed Limits .
There was a discussion regarding “Green and Yellow tractors” using Bell lane in an unprofessional manor, eg. Speeding /over weight etc. The chair asked for “reg” numbers so we can move forward on this, but none were given.
There was also a discussion regarding the recent burst water pipe and that the tractor drivers were moving or ignoring the “road closure signs”, again reg numbers were requested but none were given.
A member of the public informed the meeting of changes to the playing field management ,was asked to send details to the clerk for record keeping

The Meeting was informed that the next Outer Dowsing meeting will be at Fosdyke Village Hall
Thur 19 Oct 2023 19.30. All are welcome to attend .
The meeting was informed that the Defib was used last week and replacement pads are needed as they can only be used once . Cllr C Cropley informed the meeting he had tracked down the unit used and ordered replacement pads, this was proposed and seconded by the councillors, also it was proposed that a “small Tracker” be fitted to the Defib to prevent it getting lost in the system once used as when the unit is being used there is a lot of stress and confusion and it can be easily misplaced.
