MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY JULY 4TH 2023 IN THE COMMITTEE ROOM OF THE VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30PM

The chairman opened the meeting with a discussion on parish councillors holding open surgeries, this became unruly and a letter of complaint on the unprofessional conduct of Cllr. Brown has been sent to Boston Borough Council.

2 Questions were raised, Knot Weed on Main Road  AND THE REQUEST FOR A BUS SHELTER

 

23/24 Receipt of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirement of the Localism Act 2011

None were received.

 

23/25 Apologies for absence and the reasons given

Apologies were received from Cllr. Brooks.

 

23/66 Draft Minutes of the meeting held on 6th June 2023 be approved as the minutes

It was proposed by Cllr. Houssain seconded by Cllr. Gratton that the minutes be signed.
