MINUTES OF A MEETING OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON TUESDAY MAY 9TH 2023 IN THE FOYER OF THE VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30PM

Cllr. J. Cropley welcomed all to the meeting, especially Cllr. Mowton who joined the Council following the recent Election, he thanked Martin Heathcote for all he had contributed to the Parish Council, whilst he was a member.
23/001 To receive nominations for and to elect a Chairman
Cllr. Houssain proposed Cllr. J. Cropley, this was seconded by Cllr. Gratton.
23/002 To nominate and elect a vice-chairman
Cllr. C Cropley proposed Cllr. Gratton this was seconded by Cllr. Houssain.
23/003 Public Forum
The Clerk was asked about qualifying ages for the free Coronation Mugs. The clerk replied that they are for those of Primary School age – 4 to 11.
23/004 Matters Arising
There were no matters arising.
23/005 Receipts of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirement of the Localism Act 2011
None were received.
23/006 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Brookes.
23/007 Draft Minutes of the meeting held on May 9th to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. Houssain seconded by Cllr. Gratton that the minutes be signed.

No transactions.
23/012 Jubilee Garden
The plaques are now in place and have been treated.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday June 6th 2023 in the Village Hall Committee Room. There being no further business the meeting closed approx 20.30pm.
