MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY 01 08  2023

23/33 PUBLIC FORUM,

Mud on bell lane , To Contact the farmer responsible .

 

Request information on the process of possibility providing a BUS SHELTER, Meeting was informed the Chairman was looking in to this, a member of the public raised concerns that the Chairman should not be doing this as he “has a business in the village “? ( conflict of interest ?)

Action Advice to be sort from Lalc

 

Request for Information regarding a road in the village, was informed that the Parish Council have not been informed about this, but the contact details of people who may be able to help was given .

 

A Member of  the public said that “ there was no unruly behaviour at the 04 July 23 Meeting” .

 

A Member of the public asked why the “draft” Minutes were not posted immediately after the meeting stating “this would be good practice” after being told that Fosdyke Parish Council did not intend to post Draft Minutes ,the member of the public stated “ Is Fosdyke Parish Council  not interested in GOOD PRACTICE?” .

Raised By Cllr Mowton, A Parishioner brought to his attention , a man hole on Old Main Rd  still not repaired after 3 years (Advised to contact the “FIX MY STREET “) also the same Parishioner felt aggrieved that he had not been thanked by the Parish Council for cutting the grass outside his property .
