MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY JUNE 6TH 2023 IN THE COMMITTEE ROOM OF THE VILLAGE HALL AT 7.30PM

23/13 Public Forum
The Chairman asked if members of the public had matters to raise, a question was asked regarding the grass cutting.
23/14 Receipt of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirement of the Localism Act 2011
None were received.
23/15 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
None were received.
23/16 Draft Minutes of the meeting held on 9th May 2023 be approved as the minutes, it was proposed by Cllr. Houssain seconded by Cllr. C. Cropley that the minutes be signed.

There were no matters for the Police.

BBC Register of Electors update June 2023
23/20 Financial matters – cheques paid and monied received from May 9th 2023
There were no financial matters, the council are awaiting a new cheque book.
23/21 Fosdyke facebook page
The interest continues.
23/22 Grass cutting
The grass has still not been cut, members had considered employing a maintenance man, the equipment required was priced discussed.
A tender has now been accepted, but no start date has been provided.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx 8.26pm.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday July 4th 2023 in the Committee Room of the Village Hall.
