There were no items raised in the public forum.
22/132 Receipts of declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011
None were received.
22/133 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Cooper BBC
22/134 Draft Minutes of the meeting held on arch 7th 2023 to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr.Heathcote seconded by Cllr. C. Cropley that the minutes be signed
22/135 Outer Dowsing
Cllr. Gratton reported on the recent meeting she has attended.
22/136 Correspondence received
BBBC - Register of Electors update March 2023
Royal British Legion - thank you for donation
Outer Dousing Off Shore Wind Project – forms to be completed – forwarded to Cllr. Gratton.
22/137 Cheques paid and monies received from March 7th 2023
There were no transactions.
22/138 Defibrilator and Facebook page
It was agreed to remove the defibrillator and Facebook page from the agenda
22/139 Grass Cutting 2023
It was agreed to see if there was any local interest in the grass cutting.
22/140 The Jubilee Garden sign
Cllr. Houssain reported that the sign has tarnished, it was agreed that Cllr. Houssain should seek a replacement sign.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8pm.
The next meeting will be held on Tuesday May 10th 2023 at 7.30pm in the Committee Room at the Village Hall
