MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 3rd 2019 AT 7.30PM IN THE VILLAGE HALL COMMITTEE ROOM

79/19 Public Forum
The Chairman opened the meeting by explaining the procedure.
Concerns were raised regarding the planning application for 23 houses off Old Main Road, Fosdyke Parish Council have not received details of the application so a decision is not imminent, the public were reminded that if BBC refuse the application it can be overturned by the planning inspectorate.

Apologies were given by Cllr. C. Cropley & Cllr. Brookes.
82/19 Draft minutes of the meeting held on July 2nd to be approved as the minutes.
It was proposed by Cllr. Heathcote seconded by Cllr. Hussain that the minutes be signed.

Prior to the meeting the Clerk had distributed the particulars of the application.
B/19/0256 Internal alterations, replacement of vehicular hardstanding and the erection of demountable greenhouse and log store at 5, Middlecott Almshouses, Wash Road, Fosdyke, PE20 2DG
The application was discussed, and members had no objections.
B/19/0306 Change of use of residential dwelling to class C2 (care home) at Orchard View Cottage (Formerly White Cottage), Main Road, Algarkirk PE20 2BG
Fosdyke Parish Council discussed the application and has no objections but had concerns regarding the access direct to the A17 and asked if it would be possible to move the access to the layby, concerns were also raised regarding the amount of parking available on site.
