MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY DECEMBER 5TH 2017

Public Forum

There were no matters for the Public Forum.

 

99/17 Apologies for absence and the reasons given

Apologies were received from Cllr. Mrs. Wright and Cllr. Brookes (LCC).

 

100/17 Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 and to consider any written requests for dispensation in relation to members Disclosable pecuniary interests.

None were received.

 

101/17 Draft minutes of the meeting held on Tuesday November 7th 2017 to be approved as the minutes.

It was proposed by Cllr.C. Cropley and seconded by Cllr. Glenn that the minutes be signed as a true record.

 

102/17 Matters Arising

The fence along the A17 layby has not been repaired.

Cllr J. Cropley and Cllr. C. Cropley are unable to attend the Planning Meeting on Dec. 7th 2017, Cllr. Pitt is to attend.

 

103/17 Matters for the Police

There were no matters for the Police.

The provisional budget for the year 2018/19 was discussed with confirmation of that years precept to be determined at the January meeting.

 

109/17 Defibrillator

Cllr. C. Cropley reported that the defibrillator is due to arrive on December 6th 2017.  It was requested that the Clerk send letters of thanks to LIVES, The National Lottery and Fosdyke Village Hall.

 

110/17 Information Boards

Cllr. Glenn has recently been made aware of a local company that could help with creating a copy of the information boards.

The Clerk was asked to request a site meeting with highways authority.

There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.25p.m.
