MINUTES OF A MEETING OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON TUESDAY APRIL 4TH 2017

24/17 Receipt of Declarations on interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011

25/17 the Minutes
The notes of the meeting held on Tuesday February 7th were read and agreed, it was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley seconded by Cllr. Mrs. Wright that the minutes be signed.
26/17 Matters Arising
Cllr. Glenn hadn’t composed an article for the Newsletter regarding the BKVC; it was agreed by a majority decision to not enter the BKVC this year

LCC – Amenity Grass Cutting – the Clerk to contact Mr. Firth for a quote Community Lincs Insurance Renewal.
BKVC – Fosdyke not entering this year.
28/17 Financial Matters
Outstanding Cheques: 201 Clerks Salary & H/O £518.00
202 Expenses to 31/03/17 £101.65 -£619.65
Receipts The first half payment of the Precept received 31/03/17 + £4900.00
The Clerk to write to Boston Borough objecting to the precept being made before April 1st2017
29/17 Fosdyke Village Hall
A further meeting of the Village Hall Committee will be held on May 10th 2017 at 7.00pm.

Amenity Grass Cutting
31/17 To go into closed session
It was proposed by Cllr. J. Cropley and seconded by Cllr. Glenn that the meeting go into closed session.
Due to the Clerk’s increased work load it was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley and seconded by Cllr. Mrs.
Wright that the Clerk be awarded an additional 26hrs per year with an additional 3% increase.
The Clerk was asked to monitor her hours and to produce confirmation regarding PAYE.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.25pm the next meeting will be held on Tuesday May 2nd 2017 at 7.30pm in the Village Hall, Committee Room.
