22/59 Receipts of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the of the Localism Act 2011

None were received.

 

22/60 Apologies for absence and the reasons given

Apologies were received from Cllr. Cooper BBC.

 

22/61 Draft minutes of the meeting held on September 6th be agreed as the minutes

It was proposed by Cllr Houssain and seconded by Cllr. Gratton that the minutes be signed.

 

22/62 Matters arising from the minutes

A map showing areas of Fosdyke that need attention has been itemised by Cllr. C. Cropley and reported to the correct departments.

 

22/63 Matters for the Police

No matters were raised.

Welland & Deepings Internal Drainage Board

LALC – news update – thanks to all Lincolnshire Councils – for all the time work and effort that was put in to ensure the protocols following the death of her majesty Queen Elizabeth II were followed effectively.

22/66 To Discuss the Clerk’s Suggestion of an Accounts System

The details regarding Scribe Accounts was forwarded to all Councillors.  It was it was proposed by Cllr. Houssain and seconded by Cllr Gratton that Fosdyke Parish Council proceed with the system.

 

22/67 Defibrillator

Action The Clerk to contact Lives regarding the hire of the defibrillator

 

22/68 Fosdyke Parish Council Facebook page

Cllr. Houssain reported 141 likes and 35 visits.

 

22/69 To Discuss the British Horse Society signs

It was proposed by Cllr. Heathcote seconded by Cllr. Gratton that due to no details being received the Horse signs be removed from the Agenda.

 

22/70 Matters raised by Cllrs.

It was proposed that a link to Fix my street be put on the face book page to help with reporting matters.  Cllr. Gratton has been in contact with the mobile library  people and the dates when the van is due to be in Fosdyke are displayed on the Notice Board.

 

There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.00pm.

 

The next meeting will be on Tuesday November 1st 2022 at 7.30pm in the Foyer of the Village Hall
