The Chairman opened the meeting by wishing all a happy new year, and wishing Cllr. Howden a speedy recovery

100/21 Draft Minutes of the meeting held on January 4th 2022 to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr.Heathcote seconded by Cllr. C. Cropley that the minutes be signed

The Street lights are still not repaired
102/21Matters for the Police
The Police were not present.
103/21 Correspondence
Martin Potts -BBC -Re ported water leak in the Cemetery, an urgent order has been raised for a repair.
BBC – Invoice for Footway Lighting
A resident via email regarding traffic using Hilton Lane which is a no through Road
Action The Clerk to forward the email to Cllr. Brookes (LCC)

BBC – regarding Tax base for Fosdyke required to complete the Precept

The Matter was discussed, and members has no objections
105 21 Financial matters -Cheques paid and monies received from December 7th 2021
No financial matters took place.
106/21 To Agree the Precept for 2022-2023
The Clerk presented figures to the meeting It was proposed by Cllr.Houssain seconded by Cllr. Heathcote that The Precept be increased by 5%
Action the Clerk to complete the required paperwork.
It was also proposed that Donations of £500.00 donation to The Village Hall, Committee, The Playing Field Committee and the Social Club, it was suggested that the Social Club be asked if they have a business plan and an action plan
With £50.00 donations to, Sutterton Patients Participation, Butterfly Hospice Trust, CruiseBereavement, Citizens Advice, Lives
107/21 Fosdyke Notice Board
Cllr. C. Cropley reported that he is still waiting for a delivery date.

Cllr. Houssain presented their plans for the garden
Action Cllr. Houssain to price their suggestions for The the February meeting.
It is hoped to include self-pollinating plants

110/21 To Discuss the British Horse Signs
The Clerk has not received suggestions of where the horse riders would like the signs displaying, at the December meeting they were informed that they had to supply the positions in writing , either by post or email.

Cllr. C. Cropley informed the meeting that a new Social Club Committee has been appointed with a new Chairman
