Butterfly Hospice – thank you for the donation
BBC – Register of Electors – Notice of Alteration - April 2022
Fosdyke Village Hall – thank you for donation will be used towards the cost of installing LED lights in the village hall
133/21 Financial Matters – Cheques paid and monies received from March 1st 2022
There were no cheques paid or monies received
134/21 Notice Board
The Notice Board is now in place, positive comments have been received The Chairman thanked Cllr. C. Cropley for sourcing the board and negotiating fitting of the board.
135/21 The Queens Platinum Jubilee
Discussions took place with the members of the public present.
The Chairman asked Cllr. C. Cropley, Cllr. Houssain to coordinate the preparation of the garden, it was agreed that the planting will take place on May 14th 2022
On 4 June, Cllr. J. Cropley suggested that if the Coffee morning were being held, he would put a bus on to ferry people to the Social Club to join up the 2 sites.

137/21 British Horse Society Signs
The Clerk has still not received any suggested positions for the sign’s
138/21 Fosdyke Playing Field Committee
Cllr. C. Cropley. The Parish Council representative reported positive steps moving forward regarding the Playing Field Committee and the Social Club also hopefully a formal structure will be in place very soon.
The membership is increasing, the next meeting is on April 19th

Cllr. C. Cropley reported that the Defibrillator is not currently working.
