MINUTES OF FOSDYKE COUNCIL MEET HERLD ON TUESDAY SEPTEMBER 6TH 2022 AT 7.30PM IN THE FOYER OF THE VILLAGE HALL

22/45 Public Forum
Following the flooding that was caused by the recent thunderstorms, a site meeting has been arranged with the Welland & Deeping IDB on 19/09/2022. The properties were in the Wash Road area.
A Flood Evacuation plan does not exist, in the event of evacuation appearing necessary it will be controlled by LCC who would organise Coaches etc.
A member of the public informed the meeting of an app called Next Door which encourages Community support.
The Chairman welcomed Clllr. Gratton to the Council.

It was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley, seconded by Cllr. Houssain that the minutes be signed.

The Clerk has requested that Fosdyke Parish Council adapt their accounting system, it was decided that members research the system, a decision will be given at the October meeting
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.40pm the next meeting will be on Tuesday October 4th 2022 at 7.30pm in the Village Hall Foyer
