MINUTES OF FODYKE PARISH MEETING HELDON TUESDAY JULY 3RD 2018 AT 7.30PM IN THE

Public Forum

It was reported to the meeting that the Dead end sign at the junction of Wash Road and Hilton Lane has not been erected.

 

058/18 Receipts of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011 

No receipts were received.

 

059/18 Apologies for absence and the reasons given

Apologies were received from Cllr. Spencer (BBC).

 

060/18 Draft minutes of the meeting held on June 5th 2018 to be approved as the minutes

It was proposed by Cllr. Pitt seconded by Cllr. Glenn that the minutes be approved.

Nat West Bank  - Statement Current Acc at June 5th 2018 £7661.41

Stephen Ingamells (by email).  It was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley seconded by Cllr. D. Glenn that Euro-tech innovations be appointed to maintain the Council’s web-site.

BBC – Planning Application B/18/0227 Outline Application for the demolition of existing bungalow and erection of 6 no. residential dwellings, with all matters reserved at the Bungalow, Old Main Road, Fosdyke, PE20 2BU.

Fosdyke Parish Council discussed the above application and have no objections to the development, but have concerns about the concentration of the development, due to the limited parking and the closeness to the A17.

BBC – Planning Application B/18/0228 Outline application for the erection of up to 10 no. residential dwellings, with all matters reserved at Land adjacent to Lloyds Farm, Main Road, Fosdyke PE20 2DB. Fosdyke Parish Council discussed the above application and have no objections to to the development but have concerns about the concentration of the development, and to the limited amount of parking and the closeness to the A17.

The Clerk to contact Naylor’s regarding the overhanging hedge in Puttock Gate, and to contact Highways regarding the dead oak tree.
