There were no matters for the public forum.
015/18 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Spencer.
016/18 Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011, and to consider any written request for dispensation to members Disclosable pecuniary interests
None were received.
017/18 Draft minutes of the meeting held on January 2nd 2018 to be approved as the Minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley and seconded by Cllr. Glenn that the minutes be approved as the minutes.
018/18 Matters arising
Planning application B/17/0407 has been approved. Cllr. Glenn attended the Planning Meeting.
Highways will not allow the information boards to be attached to the Bridge.
019/18 Matters for the Police
There were no matters for the Police.
020/18 Correspondence
Nat-West Bank statement at 31.12.17 No. 1 Account £10,424.93.
LCC – Notification of the Adoption of the Lincolnshire Minerals and Waste Local Plan: Site Locations.

BBBC – Planning Application B/18/0020 Resubmission of B/17/0364 for the demolition of existing domestic garage and erection of 1no. dwelling together with new vehicular access for existing dwelling at 29, Old Main Road, Fosdyke PE20 2BU, the application was discussed, a unanimous decision of No objections was reached.
Village Hall Committee thank you for donation.
021/18 Financial Matters from January 2nd 2018
A payment of £180.96 has been made to LCC.
It was proposed by Cllr. Glenn seconded by Cllr. C. Cropley.
That £3,200 to be transferred to the Reserve account and £1,100 be transferred as earmarked reserves to the reserve account.
022/18 Defibrillator
Cllr. C. Cropley has organised Defibrillator training for March 23rd at 6.30pm.
023/18 Information Boards at Fosdyke Bridge
Cllr’s J. Cropley & Glenn have power washed the information boards, it was decided to see if a carpenter can be found to display the signs.
024/18 Items for discussion at a future meeting
The information boards will again be an agenda item.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.02pm.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday April 3rd 2018 at 7.30pm in the Village Hall Committee Room.
