  • Highways updates
  • Christmas Tree – to note the tree has been pruned.
  • Wash Road – To consider making representations to LCC and Outer Dowsing regarding funding for road widening and a reduction in the speed limit.

Asset Register – to review the asset register for 2026 and consider a maintenance check for assets

Donations – to consider two requests for donations – Goodfellowship Bowls Club and Tractor Run

 

44/26   COMMUNITY SPEED WATCH

To note the speed gun has been loaned from Sutterton PC and to consider and agree areas for surveying.

 

45/26   CEMETERY

            To receive any update on the transfer of the cemeteries to the Parish Council.

 

46/26   NEWSLETTER

To consider setting up a working party, consisting of members of the PC and the community, to discuss financing and distribution of a quarterly newsletter.

 

47/26   BUS SHELTER

To consider a request for a bus shelter outside the Village Hall. There are grants available of up to £3000 from LCC.
