4/26      PLANNING

To receive any updates on planning matters:

NEW PLANS – B/25/0505 Land North of Old Main Road - Outline planning application with all matters reserved (Access, Appearance, Landscaping, Layout & Scale) for proposed residential development of up to 5no. dwellings including garaging.

 

5/26      POLICE REPORT

7 crimes of anti-social behaviour were reported in October.

3, Violence and sexual offences in Mill Lane, 1, anti-social behaviour in Randolph Lane and 3 offences - anti-social behaviour, burglary and ‘other’ in Wash Road.

 

6/26      CLERK and ADMIN SUPPORT REPORT

To receive a report on matters not on the agenda including:

7/26      FINANCE

  • To receive an update on financial matters and receive a bank reconciliation.
  • To consider and approve the following invoices:

M Warr – salary for December - £362.40

C Glenn – salary for November - £68.90

C Glenn – printing costs for 2025 - £17.96

M Warr – renew subscription to Microsoft 365 - £89.99 (£15.00) VAT

British Legion - donation in lieu of poppy wreath - £50.00

Tesco Mobile – contract for November - £12.57 (DD)

 

  • Tesco Mobile – to consider reducing the contract to £8 per month for unlimited texts and minute and 2GB of data
  • To confirm the 2026/27 budget and set the precept – attached
  • AGAR – to consider and agree amendments to the 2024/25 AGAR
  • Internal Audit – to consider and agree internal audit arrangements for 2026

8/26      POLICIES

To review and adopt the following policies for 2026:

  • Standing Orders, Financial Regulations, Risk Assessment, Complaints, GDPR (Email, Document Retention, Removable Media, Privacy Notice, Information Data Protection, IT) Vexatious Complaints.

 

9/26      COMMUNITY GOVERNANCE REVIEW

To consider rescinding minute 25/86 requesting an increase of 3 councillors and resolving to request an increase of 2 councillors, to make a total of 7 councillors, as suggested in the national guidance.
