To receive any updates on planning matters:
- Outer Dowsing – to note the application for the offshore wind project has been approved by the Secretary of State.
27/26 POLICE REPORT
1 item of criminal damage and arson in Hiltons Lane (The Stitch Witch) was listed for December.
28/26 CLERK and ADMIN SUPPORT REPORT
To receive a report on matters not on the agenda including:
- Brown Waste Bins – The subscription for 3 bins for the Gardening Club have been renewed and the bins will be collected from All Saints Church.
- VAT Return – a return has been submitted covering April 2023 – March 2025

29/26 FINANCE
- To receive an update on financial matters and receive a bank reconciliation.
- To consider and approve the following invoices:
M Warr – salary for February - £362.40
C Glenn – salary for February – TBC
M Warr – garden waste subs - £135.00
HMRC – January PAYE - £106.60
LALC – Yearly Training Subs - £ 130.00 (£ 26.00 VAT)
A refund has been received following the end of the Tesco Mobile contract – £11.39 (DD)
- Pruning the Christmas Tree – to consider 3 quotes:
Quote A – the contractor did not reply despite several requests
Quote B - £450 for taking off the tips and thinning out the tree or £600 to remove the tree and all wastage
Quote C - To do formative pruning work on the large Christmas tree to make more of a uniform conical shape, remove 2 out of the 3 top leaders again to aid with shape and to remove all waste - Total price will be £350.
To reduce trees beginning to impede on the highway, over extended branches growing towards other trees and to crown raise over the seating area along with removing branches growing over/ around lighting columns. Removing all waste - Total price will be £675.00
30/26 COMMUNITY SPEED WATCH
To consider purchasing equipment for the Community Speed Watch scheme and recruiting volunteers.

To consider options to deal with litter problems in the Village.
32/26 CEMETERY
To consider picking up legal costs for taking over both closed and open cemeteries (approx. £2K)

To review and adopt a Donation Policy for 2026 and consider adopting a GDPR Data Map.
