MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY JANUARY 7TH 2020 AT

02/20 Receipt of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011
None were received.
03/20 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
Apologies were received from Cllr. Brookes (LCC).
Apologies were received from PCSO Williams.
04/20 Draft minutes of the meeting held on December 3rd 2019 to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. Howden and seconded by Cllr. Heathcote that the minutes be signed.

Flood research by email - The flood information service prototype has been switched off.
BSE & ESouth – Parish Agreement Scheme 2020/21
Action the Clerk has agreed to continuing the agreement, by email and letter
LALC News - Issue email forwarded to members.
BBC Fosdyke Parish Precept 2020/21.
Planning B/19/0237 Withdrawn by applicant/agent.
LALC – Training Scheme, Fosdyke Parish Council agreed to join.

09/20 Precept 2020-2021
After discussion it was proposed by Cllr. Heathcote and seconded by Cllr. Howden that the precept be increased to £12,000.
The Clerk to complete the required form.

Still ongoing.
11/20 Matters raised by Councillors
Cllr. Houssain reported that the Wash Road sign needs repairing.
Cllr. Howden reported streetlight no. 12 outside 47, Old Main Road.
Cllr. Heathcote suggested that the Parish Council research the possibility of a Parish Calendar.
Donations are to be discussed at the February meeting.
The Christmas tree lights are to be discussed at the April meeting.
The planned Diary dates for Fosdyke Parish Council for 2020 was distributed to all present.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 8.05pm.
The next meeting will be on Tuesday February 4th 2020 at 7.30pm in the Parish Hall Committee Room.
