There were no members of the public present.
36/20 Receipts of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011

37/20 Apologies for absence and the reasons given

38/20 Draft minutes of the meeting held on July 7th 2020 to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley seconded by Cllr. Houssain that the minutes be signed.
39/20 Matters Arising
The new Christmas tree lights have arrived.
Cllr. Howden asked is it ok to take the old lights to the tip, it was agreed that this would be the best option.
40/20 Matters for the Police
The lorries going to dump onion waste have been traveling through the village – the company has been approached to see if its possible for them all to use Wash Road.

43/20 Christmas tree Lights
As reported in 39/20 the new lights have arrived discussions took place about installation.

45/20 Matters Raised by Councillors
Cllr. C. Cropley raised the matters of additional waste bins - one at the junction of Bell Lane/ Whitecross Gate and another for the river bank.
Action the Clerk to contact Jenny Moore at the Borough
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 7.50pm.
