MINUTES OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL MEETING HELD ON TUESDAY FEBRUARY 4th 2020 AT

12/20 Public Forum
Members of the public informed the Council that the Coffee morning would celebrate its first anniversary in April.
13/20 Receipts of Declarations of interest in accordance with the requirements of the Localism Act 2011
Cllr. C. Cropley reported an interest in item 17/20 letter from Fosdyke Playing Field Committee.
14/20 Apologies for absence and the reasons given
None were received.
15/20 Draft minutes of the meeting held on January 7th to be approved as the minutes
It was proposed by Cllr. C. Cropley seconded by Cllr. Houssain that the minutes be signed.
16/20 Matters Arising
Streetlight no. 12 outside 47, Old Main Road has been repaired.

After discussion it was proposed by Cllr. Howden seconded by Cllr. Houssain that the following donations be made –
£500 to Fosdyke Playing Field Committee with an additional grant of £1,000 to help with the repairs to the children’s play area.
£500 to the Village Hall
£50 each to The Samaritans, Citizen Advice, Cruse Bereavement, Butterfly Trust & Sutterton Patients Participation Group.
Action It was proposed by Cllr. Howden seconded by Cllr. C. Cropley that Age UK be removed from the donation list

Cllr. C. Cropley reported that streetlight no. 3 in Randolph Road needs repairing.
There being no further business the meeting closed at approx. 7.57pm.
