MINUTES OF A MEETING OF FOSDYKE PARISH COUNCIL HELD ON TUESDAY NOVEMBER 3RD 2015
AT 7.30pm IN THE VILLAGE HALL COMMITTEE ROOM.
Public Forum
A member of the public expressed concern over having to complete a single occupancy form from the Council Tax dept.and having been charged for having a lodger when this was incorrect.

054/15 Apologies were received from Cllr. Spencer & Cllr. Cooper from BBC
055/15 Minutes it was proposed by Cllr. Glenn and seconded by Cllr.Cropley.
056/15 Matters Arising Mrs. Lineham is now happy and had spoken with the young girl on Saturday
057/15 Matters for the Police
It was reported to the meeting that a window had been broken at the Village Hall.

059/15 Grit Bins
A letter has been received from LCC and a phone call was received to say that LCC would not be giving permission for Fosdyke to site a grit bin on their land . Cllr. Brookes is to look into this believing that a confusion could have arisen.
060/15 Community Shop
Cllr. Glenn has produced a report on the completed questionnaires received by the Newsletter, which were forwarded to the Parish Council. – the report is attached to these minutes.
061/15 Training.to be held over to the January meeting.
062/15 Communications
The recommendations by Michelle Sachs are to be discussed as an Agenda item at the January meeting.
Cllr. Tofts reported on the PC Web site it has had 167 hits to date. He thanked Cllr. Cropley for help in collecting business details.065/15

Cllr. Glenn informed the meeting that the Xmas tree will be decorated on 28th November and the decorations will be removed on January 9th 2016
