NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and elected Members are summoned to attend a meeting of Fosdyke Parish Council to be held at Fosdyke Village Hall, Old Main Rd, Fosdyke, Boston PE20 2BU on Tuesday 3rd September 2024 7.30 p.m.

Note: There will be a brief Public Forum after which there shall be no further input or interruption from members of the public or Borough & County Councillors unless relevant participation is required and requested by the Council.

1.             Apologies for Absence.

2.             To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary or non-pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on elected Members’ Register of Interests.

3.             The council to approve the Minutes for Council meeting held on Tuesday July 2nd, 2024, and the Extraordinary Council meeting held on Tuesday 16th of July 2024.

4.             A report from the Parish Clerk to the council:

                 AGAR form updates form PKF Littlejohn - Exemption certificates. The Council need to approve some amendments.
