Due to the clerk working in a part time positions the following correspondence policy is adopted.
After the Parish Council meeting is completed, any correspondence received between that meeting and the next will be dealth with in the following manner:
E-mail or postal correspondencee will be acknowledged up to and including 15.00hrs on the Thursday prior to the next meeting.
Correspondence will be brought to the meeting and either dealth with on the day or put as an agenda item of the following meeting and dealt with then.
Phone calls
The clerk does have a phone, however this is for outgoing calls only, all correspondence needs to be either post or e-mail.
